I specialise in supporting non-Finnish speakers in learning school academia in Finland. I can teach in Finnish or English. I am qualified in biology and health education up to upper secondary (lukio) level but am also able to help with other subjects such as math, geography and history in primary and secondary education.
It is important to master the basic skills of reading and writing. Reading comprehension and the ability to express one's understanding orally and in writing are central to studying.
