About Me

Hi everyone, I’m Summer, and my Chinese name is Yonghong. I’m originally from Anhui, China.

I’m a native Mandarin speaker and a qualified International Chinese Language Teacher. I also hold a Mandarin A-level certificate, and I speak standard Mandarin with clear and natural pronunciation.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary English Education, which I completed in English. I also hold a Master’s degree in Changing Education from the University of Helsinki, Finland. In addition, I have professional experience in Early Childhood Education in Finland.

I’m passionate about education, languages, learning, and educational development. I’m particularly interested in how we can create better learning experiences and make education more meaningful and inclusive.

Fun Mandarin for Children — Learn Chinese Through Stories & Play

We can learn through stories, songs, games, pictures, movement and everyday situations, making Chinese a natural and enjoyable part of the child’s learning.
