My teaching philosophy is that if I truly know it, I should make it very simple and easy to understand. I impart knowledge to learners by making difficult concepts easy to understand. A good teaching methodology, syllabus-tailored notes & practice of exam questions can get any student the grade they need. Champions aren't born out of nowhere, hence the need for preparation and preparedness through concept understanding and testing, to prevent poor performance while accommodating any learner's demands, and types of learning, since kids are different. My outstanding results and performance in Chemistry are based on various strategies that I exploit for different streams and learners. This involves assessment, planning and execution together with analysis, evaluation and reflection on the whole process. I achieve this easily with the aid of my essential ICT and AI skills. I have become an expert in distilling and articulating intricate chemistry concepts into clear, concise, understandable simplified explanations. With my versatility with practical experimentation skills, I am adept at deconstructing any complex practical by identifying the key concepts and making them more approachable to students. I have always turned the practical paper from being intimidating into fun, enjoyable hands-on adventures that promote active learning and skill building, thus fostering confidence and understanding.
