About Me

I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful. As a teacher, we can easily get respect from the students if they would feel respected first. First, Music is a language and not a basis of intelligence. We might be better than our students when it comes to speaking and understanding Music but they might be more intelligent and talented than us. I am enthusiastic because i want my students to feel that i am higly spirited and faithful that i can teach them well, they can adopt it and they will become better when it comes to Music, Theory and Practical of Music. I am friendly because i want to make my students feel that it’s never too late to learn an Marimba and other Musical instruments That can empower them to share ideas and do business outside their nation and throught it, the opportunities that they can get are limitless.

 Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
 Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
 Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
 Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
 Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
 Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
 Provide appropriate feedback on work.
 Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
 Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

directed.

I believe that by creating connections between marimba study and the student's interests, we can take our marimba learning to the next level.

I have been teaching marimba for almost two decades, and I have learned a lot about how to create a successful marimba learning environment. I am excited to begin working with you and help you achieve your marimba goals.

In addition to marimba, I can also teach you how to play mbira, another African instrument that is similar to the marimba. Mbira is a beautiful instrument with a rich history, and I would be happy to share my knowledge of it with you.
