Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Juliette. I'm a French student who graduated from the Sorbonne and I came to Amsterdam (UvA) to continue my studies. I'm well experienced with teaching as I teach private lessons for middle and high-schoolers since I'm 14.
I'm a language lover. I obviously know french very well since it's my mother tongue, but I'm also fluent in english.
I'm also very fond of pedagogy: I will be there to accompany your child in her/his studies, whether she/he has some difficulties in class or wants to attain a higher level.
I can also teach adults and prepare to exams such as DELF or DALF.
I have a French bachelor in philosophy and a master's degree in political and ethical philosophy. I graduated with honors and high honors.
I've also passed the TOEFL with a score of 108/120.

Hi! My name is Joana and I am originally from Luxembourg. Growing up in Luxembourg allowed me to be fluent in our three national languages: Luxembourgish, French and German (Native Proficiency).
After graduating from high school with a specialisation in modern languages and humanities, I moved to the United Kingdom to study Journalism. Living in London for over three years allowed me to perfect my written and spoken English. Since I've been 16, I have been giving private tutoring lessons both to primary and secondary school students.

The conversation course can take place in a public place in Haarlem: a café, or museum, and can be combined with other activities: hiking, exhibition visit, and meditation.

In this course you will learn Modern Greek (with some mentioning on Ancient Greek roots of the words, for anyone that is interested), grammar, spelling, vocabulary, punctuation and sentence formation.

I will provide the learning materials and together we will come up with fun activities to incorporate in our classes to turn learning into fun!

*Greek is a very challenging language, thus the classes will be personalized depending on each student's goals, capabilities and knowledge*

With more than 10 years of English teaching, I have been private English tutors, school teachers in international schools and Dutch local schools. Summer courses
Intensive tailor-made 1-to-1 or small group intensive courses (10 or 15 hours a week) for adults and children. Groups are limited to 3 participants.

Conversation Groups
During the once weekly meetings you will practice your speaking and listening skills by participating in discussions about articles, TED talks, short stories, or subjects of interest to you and the group. This can help improve your confidence, which is the key to learning any language.

I also help with everything from preparing for an interview or speaking in meetings, to giving a presentation. I can also provide assistance with pronunciation and communication issues in International companies.

I graduated from a linguistic high school in 2019, studying English, French, and Spanish as subjects of focus. I also got an ESABAC degree (French diploma). Moreover, I traveled a lot to get in contact with mother tongue people and to improve my language skills. I have recently moved to the Netherlands and I am planning on starting a PPE Bachelor in September.

I am a 19yo student willing to help students with their French homework, or anyone willing to learn or improve their French. I was born and lived my entire life in France until this summer when I moved abroad. I have my high school papers (baccalaureate) and I did two years of university.
