This course, taught by a psychologist graduated from ULg, allows an effective introspection of your inner being. The various techniques (breathing control, Schultz autogenous training, Jacobson's progressive relaxation, etc.) learned during the sessions can effectively combat bad stress, overwork, insomnia, or the many small, uncomfortable health problems. which we sometimes have to face. Take action to discover your potential. In doing so, you will find your well-being, improve your quality of life while increasing your personal productivity to achieve a better life.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I taught at ULg for 18 years before retiring. I'd be delighted to work with you whatever your needs. Maximum of 3 students for conversation classes.

My goal is to advance the student without overburdening him. Available every Thursday and every weekend. (However, in case of emergency, for example, if the student needs to work on a Monday or Tuesday, I would of course agree to help if my school schedule allows me.)
