I offer a seated massage, on clothing, for 20 minutes at your workplace.
20 minutes of relaxation and revitalization.
Once the massage is finished, your stress will be reduced and you will be revitalized to resume your activity.

I move with the massage chair at your workplace. It's up to you to plan the location (personal office, meeting room)

I like to teach for all levels and adapt my lessons to the desires and needs of my students to allow them to approach each movement in a conscious way.
My classes are rather dynamic with some postures that can be challenging (with always several options).

Solo or Duo, my sessions last 1 hour and are 100% personalized.
In Duo, I prepare sessions with exercises in common but also differentiated with regard to your respective levels and objectives.
Solo, I offer complete support which includes 1 or 2 sessions per week, nutritional and health advice and daily monitoring of the objectives set together.
I specialize in weight loss, muscle building and mobility.
I attach great importance to the correct execution of the movements, to the intention during the training and to the progression session after session.
