Hi, it's Jiwon to help you improve your Korean skill !
I am a musician from Seoul also a multimedia artist in Geneva and have been living in the French-speaking cities for many years. I am patient with my students and passionate about teaching. I have experience studying in a journalism study group and learning writing skills from a disciple of Prof. Hyŏn-san Hwang, one of the most important literary figures in Korean literature. Therefore, the biggest feature of my course is that it helps your Korean writing skills develop a smooth and logical flow.

I am a professional Korean teacher. Teacher training (level bac + 5 in Korea), I live in France since 2005 and I give private lessons in independent and with a training organization since 2010. So I have a solid teaching experience because I worked with more than 150 students.

Once we have learned the alphabet (it's quick and easy, not like Chinese!) I'll make you work grammar in a progressive way giving you many examples for you to understand. We will study vocabulary and grammar with several supports (manuals, videos, news). I will make you talk a lot because the most important language is to be comfortable speaking. The course will be given in Korean and French and will be adapted to the needs of the students. The courses will address: development of expression, oral production and comprehension, Korean conversation, grammar, reading, Korean culture and / or academic level (academic writing and preparation of exams according to your needs).
The course for beginners takes place with the book "Korean Course" and / or "I love Korean" with documents that I have written. The high level courses will allow you to pass the TOPIK (Test Of Proficiency In Korean, Certificate of competence in Korean language: It is required to enter a Korean university or work in a Korean company and it is also required to obtain a title of resident or for obtaining a visa if you are an immigrant by marriage).
The 2h lesson will take place at least once a week. Lessons can take place in a public place of your choice, in a quiet café at the student's expense or at your home (The 1st lesson must take place in a public place). I can also move to the suburbs if necessary. There will be a charge for my return trip outside Paris without the metro depending on the travel time.
