I have taught English to middle school students (age 12-15). I explain things in easy and simple terms, step by step. When students do not understand, I approach from different perspectives until they understand. I emphasize students' strengths rather than pointing out their weaknesses, so that they can build their confidence. To approach their weakness, I give constructive advice on what they can work on to get better. I not only give general advice, but I also analyze students and give personalized advice. I am flexible with my teaching style. I can teach grammar based on a textbook, I can help practice speaking through daily based conversational practices, or any form of teaching suggested.
