My name is Andrey and I’m a native Russian 🇷🇺 teacher living in Paris. My extensive experience allows me to vary my teaching styles. The communicative approach is the cornerstone of my teaching style but I also place a strong emphasis on pronunciation, especially when it comes to teaching Russian. The Russian language proves to be very challenging for all speakers - even for those born in Russia. However, I have excellent knowledge of the normative literary Russian language thanks to my philological and pedagogical academic training. The major linguistic pair I work with is Russian - English . Although it becomes helpful for the students when I also incorporate references to French or Dutch when needed. As an experienced private tutor and university teacher who understands the struggles of her students, I'm able to find a personal approach to each of them.
