About Me
I am an experienced Mandarin Chinese, Computing and ICT teacher with excellent planning and teaching skills. As departmental and subject leader in my previous school, I have developed strategies and pedagogies to make sure my students always enjoy their lessons and help them to raise their attainments and fulfil their maximum potentials. With over fifteen years of teaching experiences I have a well-developed ability to motivate and inspire students across the age and ability range through different activities. All my students in my previous school are local students without any Chinese background. They all very enjoyed my lessons and I have a lot of students can speak fluent Mandarin Chinese now and a few of them have already started their studies in Chinese Universities. In 2016, one of my students had competed in the UK Mandarin Chinese Speaking Competition and he won the first place in the advanced level for the individual performance. And also a group of students won the third place in the advanced level for the group performance in the same competition. These were the phenomenal achievements from my students.
In my lessons, you are not just learning Chinese language, you are also going to learn about China as a country, the Chinese culture, traditions and so on. This is particular important for any adult who has business connection or would like to create it in the near future.
