Spanish lessons with an experienced native speaker [ONLINE]Translate this text using Google Translate.

Spanish lessons with an experienced native speaker [ONLINE]Translate this text using Google Translate.

¡Hola! I am an experienced teacher who adapts to the needs of the student. In my lessons, we can work on both practical and functional Spanish to travel and communicate on a daily basis in a Spanish-speaking country, but also more academic Spanish to develop written expression or the skills necessary to pass the DELE exam. In my lessons, I use teaching materials to work on grammar in a simple and inductive way, so that we can focus on the communicative aspect. I love games, creativity exercises, and role playing. In general, my students do not feel that my lessons are something forced, but that it is very natural and spontaneous. Learning a language can be fun! Regarding my experience, I have more than four years of experience and I have an official Master's in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have worked in private academies, international bilingual schools and public institutes. So I have experience with children, adolescents and adults. In addition, I speak Spanish, Galician, French and English and I have also worked with students of various origins (French, Italian, Slovak, English ...) so I can know what are the difficult aspects given your native language. Personally, I love nature, travelling, playing sports and connecting with my students. I have lived in three different countries: Wales, France and Slovakia. All my lessons are ONLINE. In conclusion, I hope we can work together! Claudia

Dance Classes from Professional contemporary dancerTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Dance Classes from Professional contemporary dancerTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Having experienced first-hand the power of dance to shape people’s perspectives, I am enthusiastic about using my professional experiences, skills, and beliefs to educate new young dancers in the techniques, movements, and experiences of dance. I am also just as enthusiastic to share that beauty and power with the community, with recreational adult classes as well. About how I teach, and why I started; I was looking for dance that was fun, liberating, and yet artistically challenging, all at the same time; I craved something that brought and demanded a more humane experience inside of the studio. My interest at the moment is to use our human experiences and bodies as they are. I’m not so interested in trying to force them into something else, but to allow that freedom to take us to whatever imaginary or fantastical place where dance should be able to take us. I believe my obligation as a dance teacher is to encourage students to have fun when dancing. It’s something that’s forgotten a lot as a budding artist, but one of the most important things for perseverance in this field. I believe that if the curiosity, imagination, and enjoyment is there, the technique will come as well because there’s a mutual belief, from both the teacher and student, in oneself. Of course to learn a variety of dance styles, be technically proficient, and pursue a personal creative expression is important, but having an experience with a group of people and letting go into imagination while allowing yourself to have fun will push a dancer even further in their artistry, I believe. To be able to be given images, sensations, feelings, etc. and have the awareness to translate them into some form of movement is an important skill as an artist and human being

Vinyasa yoga and Kundalini yoga classes, at your homeTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Vinyasa yoga and Kundalini yoga classes, at your homeTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Kundalini yoga is different from other types of yoga commonly practiced in the West, in that it is less focused on postures and more geared towards self-awareness, meditation, mantra chanting and breathing. Kundalini yoga is therefore a set of powerful techniques that allows us to focus and fully enjoy our being, our soul and our environment. Thus, these techniques make it possible to:  deepen breathing;  become aware of the meridians and energy centers in the body (the chakras);  strengthen the nervous system;  purify the blood flow. The ultimate goal of this tool is to balance the sensations of the physical body with the mind and soul. While Kundalini yoga remains a spiritual practice, it has no religious appeal and can be applied by everyone, with adaptations for some people. It is particularly suitable for a public having and facing psychological difficulties (anxiety and trauma). Typically, a Kundalini session lasts 1.5 hours. It is divided into 5 parts: - chanting of the opening mantras - warm-up with a sequence of postures with breathing exercises - sequence of kundalini (kriya) which generally focus on a specific theme - relaxation - meditation (accompanied by mantra or / and breathing and concentration exercises) In addition, “Vinyasa” simply means “sequence of postures”. This type of yoga is based on Hatha yoga, which means the physical side of yogic philosophy. Indeed, the goal of yoga practice is to enter a state of meditation, which is facilitated by focusing on the body at first. In the West, since the spread of yoga at the beginning of the 20th century, Hatha yoga has mainly spread. Vinyasa uses the basic postures performed in Hatha yoga, chaining them together to enter into a kind of "dance", "flow". On a physical level, this type of yoga:  strengthens the heart rate;  works all the muscles of the body;  improves posture by strengthening the spine. On a more subtle level, Vinyasa allows you to:  stimulate the 7 main chakras, starting from the base to go up to the crown;  release the energies produced by the body during the session;  release a general feeling of well-being by gently stretching the muscles. A Vinyasa session lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. It can be divided into 3 parts: - stretches to gently open and warm the body; - sequence of postures (declined by sun salutations, starting with anchoring postures to gently raise the spine); - relaxation to channel the work of the muscles.
