About Me

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and love for music with my students. I have experience in teaching guitar to students of all ages and skill levels. My teaching approach is tailored to each individual student, taking into account their goals, musical interests, and learning style.

I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where my students feel comfortable and motivated to explore and develop their guitar skills. I believe in a well-rounded approach to guitar education, focusing on techniques, music theory, sight-reading, improvisation, and repertoire.

During lessons, I provide clear and structured instruction, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps. I encourage creativity and self-expression, allowing my students to explore their own musical style and preferences. I also emphasize the importance of regular practice and provide guidance on effective practice strategies.

Above all, I aim to instill a lifelong love for music in my students and help them develop a solid foundation in guitar playing that will enable them to pursue their musical aspirations with confidence and enjoyment.

Education

Education: I completed six years at the No.1 Music School in Damascus, Syria, ranking at the top of my class. Additionally, I spent two years at the Higher Institute for Music. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and came to Germany to further my studies at Duisburg Essen University.

Experience / Qualifications

Teaching: After graduating, I have taught at my music school for over three years, in addition to providing private lessons. I have also participated in various workshops, both as a student and as a teacher, covering genres such as jazz and flamenco.

Furthermore, I have had the privilege of performing in several notable concerts, including Rodrigo for Guitars at the Opera House, Jazz Live in Syria, and many others.

I offer friendly guitar lessons for everyone - beginners and advanced. Children and adults are welcome to get to know the guitar and discover the joy of playing. I've been making music for 25 years and have played in a lot of bands and still do. (e.g. Selectamood, Leik Eick, the Freedes, Pinokelmannproductions etc.)
If you don't have any experience, we'll just start over.
Do you want to play your favorite songs on the guitar? Can we also.
