Mathematics tutoring for High school and Undergraduate students
From 27 C$ /h
Hi, I am Swarna, an international student doing my master's in Mathematics at Aalto University.
I did a four years research degree in mathematics for my undergraduate studies in India and have been tutoring students ranging from grade 10-12 and year 1-3 of undergrads in mathematics, more specifically in subjects like Real Analysis, Calculus, Linear Algebra, etc., for the more advanced students.
I have great one on one experience and will prioritize the understanding of the student and build their basic logical reasoning skills and inculcate how to translate that to mathematical writing so that they will feel confident when faced with mathematical and other logic problems they encounter.

About Me
Hi, I'm Swarna, an Indian student currently doing her master's at Aalto University.
I moderately struggled with math growing up until it clicked for me in high school. Being able to understand the problem and what information it is giving you and knowing how to translate that into mathematical statements is half the battle itself.
I am interested in teaching students how to do exactly this. While practicing and repetition is also important, it is imperative to gain confidence that whatever problem may be given to them, they won't find it intimidating or freeze up because of it.
I will make sure to fortify the core of logical reasoning and mathematical understanding in my students while equipping a lesson plan designed on their level of understanding at that moment.
