Learning Dutch can be fun if it is done in an interactive way. I will read aloud and ask questions to my students and play games together and all that online. Reading aloud is a powerful tool and children love it a lot. I have experience with children and therefore the lessons are only 30 minutes long instead of an hour.

About Me

I am originally from Suriname (South America) and grew up in the Netherlands. I've many interest fields, apart from teaching I do graphic design, event planning for children of different ages. I am a vegetarian/ vegan food blogger and in my free time I love to bake unicorn cakes and chocolate chip cookies. I speak Dutch, English and a little French. I am a mother of two young children, who are trilingual, Dutch, English and French. I truly believe babies can pick up at least five languages, and that is why I work as an ESL teacher for children. The lessons and materials that we use are interactive, vibrant, colourful, attractive and dynamic. Other than blogging, baking and cooking, I have many hobbies too, like crochet, sewing, painting, sketching, meditating and yoga.

Learn English & Dutch from a young age! Course specifically for children

Language is such a powerful tool in your everyday life. Dutch and English are my speciality. I would recommend immersing your children in different languages from an early age. It will be so much easier for them to pick up and use later on in their life. I have taught for many years as a nursery teacher for children from different backgrounds and now I am a ESL teacher. As a mother of 2 trilingual children, I have the ability to adjust to your child's speed of learning and adjusting my lesson plan to their needs and focus span. Interactive learning during playing is the best way to teach young children and toddlers.

I am basically based on what the student is struggling with. We work on the part that seems to hinder her in her studies and then we see if the work bears fruit. Only the teacher can not give a perfect course if the pupil himself is not attentive. It must be give-and-donate for it to be effective.
