I offer double bass lessons for all levels and ages. You can also learn the bass instrument used in the baroque period, the Violone.

If you would like to enter in the double bass class of a Conservatory, if your goal is to improve your bow technique to play your best solos with your band, or if your child is curious about the double bass. About Me

I am an enthusiastic music teacher who is passionate about the learning process of my students. I like to let my student feel happy and enjoy the lesson while learning a lot.
I like to have students who come and sing along with me, ask questions, are creative and dare to learn and play beautiful music.
I love classical and baroque music, but I also enjoy a lot playing and listening to pop and latinamerican folk music.

I have a Master diploma at the Royal Conservatory The Hague,
a Bachelor diploma at the Conservatory Amsterdam
and a Music Education diploma at the Conservatory Amsterdam

About me. I am a professional musician living in The Hague with 6 years experience teaching from beginning to conservatory level.

I studied the Bachelor in the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and the Master in the Royal Conservatory The Hague where I currently teach young musicians.

I am a professional classical musician with years of teaching experience in the UK. Teaching is a passion for me and I always strive to find the best possible teaching approach suitable for the student. I always care about the big themes of learning and teaching and I apply a selection trusted method to my lessons.

With me, you will be able to get a solid instrumental technique, together with a varied and inspired aesthetic understanding of the music. I also always make sure that musical and instrumental goals don't overshadow the importance of music lessons for the development of the child and my focus is first and foremost on students' own holistic development.
