In the first lesson we do a needs analysis and we look at your current level. Here we look at what you want to learn, how you will use English, how much time you can spend on your studies and so on. Then we draw up a lesson plan and goals together.

We work on your reading skills through reading strategies and vocabulary. We look at signal words, prefixes and suffixes. And every now and then we pack in some grammar. Because, you may not believe it, but grammatical understanding will help you, even explain text!

The training pays a lot of attention to:
- reading strategies: so that you understand questions and understand texts faster
- the question: essential to arrive at the correct answer
- increasing your ready vocabulary: so that you have more time during your exam
