I've completed my GCSEs a little over a year ago , I'm on here to fund myself in the future (primarily university) .
I've averaged above an A (above grade 7) overall with recent experience and am still attending sixth form . Because of this I'll be able to easily relate to and figure out the needs of my tutee as I was in their position not too long ago .
I myself studied based on topic rather than necessarily textbooks , this means that I can make due with any textbook or other material (this accounts for difference in exam boards).
I can teach a concept from the ground up , or to solidify knowledge on topics as well as teach the basic principles for understanding the topic in the first place . I'm especially good at understanding and taking advantage of mark schemes to maximise grades , despite if the topic is completely unbeknownst to you . Though this seems minor , this tactic means you'll almost never score zero marks on a question . Ergo : if you can do half of the questions on a 100 mark test you'll get around 50 marks (high C to low B grade , grade 5 to 6) however even without understanding the rest it's easy to get at least another 15 marks up to around 25 (you usually cannot get over half marks without getting close to the answer , which is why half the remaining marks is a typical maximum) putting your grade up to to a minimum of a strong B or a maximum of a solid A (min of a grade 6 and max of grade 8) all of which requires minimal work which you won't forget . In English a similar thing can be done with punctuation , so long as you use a type of punctuation once ; you can score easy additional marks and get more marks on other criteria due to the examiner's bias . This is my forté .

I do not have every single textbook from every single exam board but I do have some , please have your own material which I can work off of .
I can go into slight overtime if nothing else is lined up .

About Me

I'm from Poland but have been in London since age 2, finishing secondary school and currently attending university (BSc Pharmaceutical Chemistry).
As a hobby I'm slowly learning Japanese, at this point I can understand and speak basic Japanese to a level where I could get by as a visitor. I've always been interested in the schematics of life and how things function and due to this I have a good grasp on most fields, documentaries on everything from chemistry to the Humanities and even literature interest me so I study them. I enjoy teaching others about the topics I feel passionate about which is why I'm on here too . I've gotten good grades at GCSE (all average of A) , I go into more detail in the course information , and I am confident I can recreate the same with my tutees .

GCSEs . Where I've gotten all As (grade 7) with 2 A* (grade 8) and a single B (grade 6) alongside a distinction 2 star at hospitality and catering which was a subject I took for fun. My options were: triple science, history, geography and maths.

I am a tutor with 7+ years of experience teaching at a variety of levels. I teach English Language, English Literature, ESOL (English for speakers of other languages), Maths, and Creative Writing. Lessons start at 1 hour in length. Lessons are structured according to the needs of the student; this can be working alongside their class syllabus to support them with progress at school, tackling an area or subject they are specifically struggling with, or helping them prepare for national exams such as GCSEs. I currently teach Maths from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3 level.

I provide feedback after every lesson and detailed progress reports every six months for each student.

I primarily offer online lessons as I have found this works well for me and my students, but in some cases I do teach face-to-face depending on location and availability within London.
