Hello! My name is Jessa, and I’m from the Philippines. I currently work in Japan as an English teacher at an international school. I previously taught English as a second language in the Philippines and have now been teaching in Japan for five years. During this time, I’ve worked with various curricula, including IGCSE First Language English, International Curriculum, and Common Core, and with learners from diverse backgrounds, which has helped me understand my students’ needs and build their confidence in learning and using English. I specialize in teaching beginners through a structured and supportive approach that develops reading, speaking, listening, vocabulary, and grammar skills. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where you can gain confidence and see your progress over time.

The class mission is to provide interactive real-world experiences inside of lessons at a comfortable pace for you. Therefore, it doesn't matter if you don't know any English or if you are fluently proficient in English.
