My support classes adapt to the student, his needs and desires. I am currently a student in the 2nd year of HEP to become a primary teacher and I like to give my time to help a student understand notions or to exercise their weaknesses according to their strengths, in a fun and relaxed way.

Having dual Swiss/United States nationality, I make myself available to help you progress in English, from level A1 to B2 for any type of person wishing to learn and improve the language. In addition, my bilingual German professional maturity allows me to teach you the basics of the language (A1-A2) for children ranging from primary school to the orientation cycle.

These courses are intended for those who want to improve their understanding in science subjects. The content of the course allows students to be independent and to supplement the knowledge acquired during the course. The goal is to fill the gaps of the pupil and to improve his school results.

Passionate about sport since I was very young, I am a ski instructor, lifeguard and individual coach. Holder of a pro pool and other swimming diplomas abroad, I have experience with very different audiences, ranging from parent-child lessons to learning effective technique for triathletes. Having a good interest in methodology, my approach is done step by step in order to promote fluid and easy progression. Having practiced freediving in a club and having been a lifeguard trainer, I also offer courses focused on safety, rescue and freediving. Particularly in parent-child lessons. I also offer courses to learn how to improve in open water. There are many limiting beliefs in swimming, here are some examples of what can be learned in swimming: - In freediving, most people go from 1 minute to 4 minutes of static apnea in around ten training sessions. - Swimming crawl at a moderate pace (1'45''/100m) is barely more tiring than walking for a good swimmer. - An 88% reduction in the risk of drowning is estimated for children who have taken swimming or water skills lessons. - For an average swimmer it is possible to learn to swim the butterfly in 3 sessions. Regarding the practical aspect, I teach mainly in Central Valais. I can also come and give lessons at home by charging expenses for the lesson.
