About Me
I'm Leyre, a third-year Spanish biomedical engineering student at Gannon University. Since I was little I have been trilingual, handling Spanish as my mother tongue and English and French as second languages. My passion for teaching and helping students in their subjects grew out of the same personal frustration with academics during my career. Sometimes it's not easy, and you just need a little push from someone who knows what you're going through to be able to pass a subject. I have been a math and physics tutor at the university for 2 years, with students of all nationalities, careers and courses, so I have developed many methods to connect with the student and consequently help them specifically in their subjects. Education
My primary studies were completed at Alcaste, a trilingual school in Logroño, La Rioja. Later I did a year of high school in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. I finished my high school studies in Alcaste. I am currently a third year biomedical engineering student at Gannon University, PA. Obtaining honors in the two years of career.
Experience / Qualifications
My experience teaching students goes back three years. Helping ESO children with subjects such as mathematics and/or physics. I am currently a tutor at the university so I have developed techniques for more effective and fun learning.
