Learn Guitar, Ukelele, and Dotara (A Bengali folk plucking string instrument) - Plectrum & Fingerstyle, Folk, Country, Blues, and Music Theory Interpretation.
Here our focus will be on implementing a theoretical understanding of music alongside acquiring new skills to take it to the next level.
If you want to learn to play an instrument, you need to learn to entertain yourself first, learn to play not only legendary covers but create your own music in the learning process. It is said that the music instruments you play are actually an extension of yourself. In these classes, you will not only get to learn skills for playing but also will learn how to turn those skills and sounds into music and compositions.

About Me
Hello, I am Souvik, a Musician, Teacher, Composer, and Music Producer from Kolkata, West Bengal. I started my musical journey as a vocalist at the age of 5 years and also learned to play Harmonium and Tabla.
Later on, I picked up Guitar as my instrument. I am accustomed to both plectrum and fingerstyle playing. My natural guitar playing is heavily influenced by Western Classical, Flamenco, Gypsy, and Fingerstyle Guitar Playing.
Teaching is a great way of questioning yourself through an unbiased eye, and providing answers to the query indulges a beautiful communication between the teacher and student which enlightens both of them by providing perspectives. This is what I cling on to as a teacher and also as a student. The inspiration flows to and from both ends. I like students who would bluntly say if they got the point or not or challenge their teacher to think and provide different perspectives of the same.
Learning a musical instrument can be a little less enjoyable at the beginning, but the magic of finding yourself to be able to create something which you wished but couldn't do earlier, is a life-changing experience, I would say. It gives you self-confidence, accountability, improved decision-making, improved leadership skills, etc.
So learn and create music and make it a part of your life to ease the pain and get the motivation to carry on.
