About Me

My approach to teaching is practical, patient and personal. I don't believe that everyone learns the same way, so I try to adapt my lessons to the person sitting in front of me rather than forcing everyone through the same textbook or rigid learning plan.

Outside of teaching, music has been a major part of my life since childhood. I'm a self-taught guitarist with experience playing in a band, performing live, songwriting, recording and running my own small music studio. These experiences have shaped the way I teach guitar as well: I prefer understanding and actually using what you learn rather than simply memorizing exercises.

Whether we're working on English or music, I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace. I take teaching seriously, but I don't think the learning environment needs to feel serious all the time. :)

I studied at Pannon University in Hungary before moving abroad. My studies were followed by several years of work and teaching experience overseas, in different environments.
