Hello! I'm Matthew, a composer, pianist and tabla player with over a decade of hands-on experience. I'm a graduate of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music and have also studied music in India since my childhood. My diverse musical background allows me to offer unique, tailored lessons with perspectives from both the East and the West. I have trained in both traditions individually so I am able to teach either of them in their authentic, undiluted form.

I'm a tabla player with nearly a decade of practice and a graduate in Western classical music composition. My knowledge in each discipline allows me to teach them with respect to their own rich traditions.

Harmony, counterpoint, analysis, solfeggio, music theory, composition and everything concerning music writing. The student will develop knowledge of the rules and practical application of them. The lessons are designed for musicians that just want to know how music deeply works, or composers that want to master the composing technique fully. Every student will have his own program.
