English courses (primary and secondary) in Brussels
From 33 C$ /h
Hello,
My name is Maghnia, I am 24 years old, originally from Paris, and I have a Master 2 degree in law with a bilingual track in French law and Common Law. I have therefore studied and worked in English for years, both in writing and speaking.
I was a tutor at Acadomia for an entire school year. I regularly worked with several students, and their results improved significantly.
What I propose
Conversation and building confidence in spoken French
Reading comprehension and written expression
Grammar and vocabulary, explained simply
Preparation for tests and exams
General or more professional English (writing emails, CVs, interviews, legal vocabulary)
My way of working
I start by assessing your level and what's holding you back. Then we work on practical exercises tailored to your needs. I emphasize hands-on practice: you speak, you write, I correct you, and you leave with real tools for success ;)

About Me
Hello! My name is Maghnia, I'm 23 years old, I live in Brussels, and I have a Master's degree in Law. During my studies, I learned to be rigorous, to structure my ideas, and to explain complex things clearly, and that's exactly what I try to convey in my classes :))
I am a patient and attentive teacher. I believe that a student who is struggling isn't necessarily a "failing" student; for me, they often lack a method or the confidence to get started properly. Therefore, I always begin by understanding where they are at, what they enjoy, and what stresses them out, before suggesting anything.
I was a tutor at Acadomia for an entire school year. I regularly worked with several students, and it was this long-term support that made all the difference because their results improved significantly, and most importantly, they regained their self-confidence! ;)
My method
First, I take stock: an initial exchange to identify the difficulties and set a simple objective.
Let me explain it another way: if one explanation doesn't work, I try another, with concrete examples and simple words.
I have the student work, he practices, I guide him. The goal is for him to be able to do it on his own.
I provide tools through fact sheets, writing plans, organizational tips, so that he can gain autonomy, or even educational videos!
I remain consistent, we move forward in small steps, with clear feedback to the parents.
My class atmosphere is supportive, relaxed, but serious. We have a bit of a laugh, we really work, and at the end we leave with something concrete.
I also won first prize for civic education in the Île-de-France region for organizing, with some students from my high school, an intergenerational tutoring program for children from disadvantaged neighborhoods. It was a truly unforgettable experience where I really appreciated sharing knowledge while adapting to each student and helping them regain confidence.
Feel free to write to me to schedule an initial session; we'll discuss your needs together. :)

Hello,
My name is Maghnia, I am 24 years old and I have a Master's degree in law. My studies required me to write a lot, argue and structure ideas, and that's what I love to do and share!
I was a tutor at Acadomia for an entire school year, with regular monitoring of several students and clear progress in their results.
What I propose
Spelling, grammar and conjugation
Writing: constructing a clear text, finding ideas, and refining expression.
Reading, summarizing and analyzing a text
Argumentation methods for secondary school students
Preparation for tests and exams (CEB, CE1D, secondary school sessions)
My way of working
I first identify the source of the errors; it's easy to say that someone writes poorly due to a lack of talent, but it's often due to a lack of method. We go back to the basics, then practice regularly so that the student gains fluency and confidence.
