Poland is one of the fastest growing economies of Eastern Europe and heading towards a leading economic position within the EU. Many companies invest in Poland and tourists are starting to explore the country. As a holiday destination, Poland has a lot to offer: beautiful old towns as Krakow, Gdansk and Wroclaw, breathtaking natural parks and the impressive Tatra mountains. A lot of Polish people live and work in Belgium and are delighted to be able to have a conversation in their mother tongue while they are here. In Belgium you can hear a lot of Polish in the street!
Polish is a Slavic language that is related to Czech and Slovakian. The language is written in Latin characters with a number of specific Polish signs. Polish also has a number of cases and a specific syntaxis. I will show you the Polish alphabet step by step, as well as the use of verbs and cases. I will try to teach the most important grammar rules of the Polish language. Moreover, your Polish vocabulary will constantly increase and your fluency enhance. As such you will start your own conversations in Polish.

I am staying in Brussels over the summer, so if you're willing to continue learning Polish during the academic year I am happy and willing to do that over Skype.
