My name is Paola, I am a professional Dancer and a EU certified Pilates instructor. I teach 1h of Pilates workout plus 30min of some yoga and relaxation exercises. My class is 1h30min workout aiming to improve muscles tone, flexibility, posture, alignment. Pilates is a therapeutic body practice which improve the life style of people by teaching the right movement patterns and developing the right muscle chains in order to avoid compensations, pain and injuries.
It is ideal to prevent as well as cure whoever suffers of back pain, shoulder impinchment, arthrosis, hernia and more.
I Usually go to my clients home but I also have a studio in Brussels called Volksroom Brussels.
My aim is to do a personalized program for my client to have a imediate benefit of the practice!
I work with 1 up to 3 people MAX per class.

About Me
I am a Professional movement practitioner(Pilates/Yoga/ somatic practice)



I believe a good teacher is who teach the student how to be independent.
Generosity is my key word. I like to share and deliver my knowledge to my students, not only to give them the skills to work with their body correctly but also to give them the tools to use those exercises on their own also.
I am a professional Dancer living in Brussels and my love for movement goes beyond a simple class of exercises, I wish to transmit that passion to all my students. To allow them to think about their body in a more integrated way, To allow them to benefit of the techniques such as exercises, breathing technique, stretches,relaxation not only during class but also in their everyday Life.
