Composer and experienced piano teacher David is offering piano lessons for all ages, - particularly interested in new adult students. Complete beginners through to advanced. With over 12 years teaching experience, David's lessons can be tailored to all objectives – with a focus on imparting an understanding of music as a deep language, and on developing a sensitive and powerful technique. In addition to classical piano and, music theory, David can also help you explore simple approaches to begin composing if you with to explore your creative talents. Being highly skilled in sight-reading, I have often realised how valuable and enjoyable it is to possess that “gift.” After more than ten years of teaching students of different levels and aspirations, I have observed a common thread: regardless of their goals, all were eager to improve their ability to read and interpret new, unfamiliar music.

Currently, I am developing a multifaceted approach designed to help students understand a composition at first sight. At the piano, I constantly discover and develop new musical ideas. Composing music is a natural way for me to express feelings, atmosphere, and stories.
