Learn composition and music theory through practical, individual lessons adapted to your musical interests, experience and goals.
We can work directly on your own compositions or study specific areas such as harmony, melody, rhythm, musical form, counterpoint, instrumentation, orchestration, arranging, analysis and score writing.
Theory does not have to be a collection of abstract rules. I prefer to connect theoretical concepts directly to real music and show how they can be used creatively in your own work.
I hold a Master's degree in Composition from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and have seven years of teaching experience. Lessons are suitable both for beginners who want to build a strong foundation and for more experienced musicians who want to develop their compositional technique, analyse music in greater depth or receive professional feedback on their own work.
Lessons are tailored to the individual student rather than following a rigid curriculum.

If you already compose music, we can work directly with your scores, recordings, MIDI files or works in progress through screen sharing and file sharing during the online lesson. Complete beginners can start from scratch — no prepared material is required.

I am a professional composer, music producer and sound designer with a Master's degree in Composition and seven years of teaching experience.
My professional work includes original music, sound design and audio production for film and other audiovisual projects. Alongside my professional practice, I spent seven years teaching music theory, composition and related musical subjects.
I enjoy working with students who want to understand both the creative and technical sides of making music. My teaching is practical and individual: rather than imposing one fixed method, I adapt lessons to each student's experience, musical interests and goals.
