大家好, My name is Ze, you can call me Amy just like all my friends does. I am Chinese and my family and I moved to Prague from England this year.

I am qualified and certified to teach Mandarin. I qualified through IPA in Shanghai in 2016 ahead of relocating to England.

Different regions have their own dialect and a different accent, I appreciate this and to enable myself to teach Mandarin, I have achieved the mandarin level test certificate to make sure the pronunciation is standard mandarin without a dialect accent.

I have worked as an English teacher for two years in Shanghai after graduating from my University. I began teaching in an English school for national Chinese students, tutoring students who were seeking top up education in an after class Center. I was recruited by a private school one year later to teach international students full-time English language development. I am very passionate about my job and keen on to encourage my students to have higher achievements for themselves.

I have a strong interest in Chinese history and culture and have the advantage of also being able to challenge my Husband on that same subject matter of the UK. I have a rich background of understanding of different cultures, customs and traditions between the UK and China.

I am a studious individual, I enjoy helping students realise their potential and help reduce fear in learning by supporting students where they feel they have a weakness. I individualise the teaching process to always generate a professional session tailored to the needs of the students while keeping the interaction fun and nurturing.
