About Me

I am a jovial and social person. I am an extrovert.I love interacting with people from all walks of life and exchanging experiences with them. Teaching is the most satisfying profession because I get the opportunity to see my student growing in knowledge daily. I am a teacher who understands a student from a personal level, gauges their ability and moves with him/her at that pace. I appreciate all my students the way they are because I believe that all students have the ability to grasp concepts and become very good in a subject. My tutoring methods include but are not limited to community language learning, communicative language teaching, task based language learning and audio lingual methods. Through this methods I have successfully taught many students to enhance their English language skills.

I have more than 5 years of experience when it comes to teaching English as a second language. My introduction to teaching was a volunteering project in a French high school, then it became my profession when I started working in a Hungarian language school. In the school I held business English and everyday English courses for all levels, mostly teaching small groups of adults. Apart from that, I also held private Hungarian and French lessons. Now I am working in a language school in Italy, as well as teaching online because I travel a lot, and working remotely allows me to keep doing what I love, from anywhere in the world.

When you become my student I will ask about your goals, assess your level, and recommend a course book based on your level and needs. In case you would only like to practice communication or wouldn't like to learn from a book, we can also simply talk and occassionally use some worksheets to make the lessons more varied and enjoyable. All my lessons are generally very communicative – I try to stay in the background and correct you when necessary, and guide you through the exercises instead of giving you the answers. From experience I know that real learning happens when you figure things out for yourself, and not when you are passively listening for your teacher's explanations.:)
