I am a doctoral student in Biomedicine, I have worked in the molecular area, virology and cancer biology and I have also been an environmental guide. My goal is to teach students in a dynamic way, with great dedication and for them to understand that biology is not just what is in books.
It's okay if you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced, I assign one assignment per class and track progress periodically.

There is no problem if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, I assign one homework per class and periodically track progress.

About Me
As an environmental guide and private teacher, I have noticed that students normally have classes based on reading books, boards classes, written workshops, and depending on the school, they can have laboratory practices or field trips occasionally. This makes biology boring. Also, in many cases in Colombia, the program content is relegated to current biology, which unmotivated the students and in the end, they do not learn too much.
I like to teach biology in a dynamic way, including the student and his/her curiosity, with curious tips or even with small activities that support what I am teaching to the student. I use the degree of the passion of the student as a measure of her/his learning, which has to be high and it is because he/she understands that biology is all that surrounds him/her, even if he/she does not see it so clearly.
I have learned this methodology thanks to the contact with the students and my motivation is based on her/his smile, her/his amazement, her/his desire to continue learning, the passion with which she/he asks the questions and I realize that many times, we underestimate the intelligence of the students, they are the best guides to know what they understand and what they don't.
