About Me
I am Daniel, I am a professional musician from Colombia with more than 20 years of experience. Graduated from Institute of Culture and Arts in Kazan, Russia and coursed 4 semesters in Jazz in Germany at the University of Arts in Bremen.
It's very important to me that the people studying with me feel comfortable and motivated during the learning process. Since each person is unique, I enjoy exploring each individual's musical preferences and, based on these, adapting my methodology to focus on technique according to each student's goals.
At the same time, I like to suggest repertoire that can help overcome different obstacles one may encounter during the process by implementing solid technique that will help navigate any type of music.
Throughout the process, we'll also learn about improvisation, applied Jazz, solo construction, composition, groove, and applied theory.
My classes are open to people at any level, whether they're beginners, intermediate, or advanced, regardless of age, gender, race, or beliefs. For me, the important thing is to create music together.
