About Me

I am half Cuban and half Italian now living in Rotterdam and traveler of the world.

While in high schoold I used to teach Spanish to younger students helping them passing their exams and increasing thier grade at school as well as I helped my classmates passing their Spanish certification. During my university years in England I also taught English to those who needed it for work and Italian for those I were just in love with the language.

This made me realize how much I love not only speaking languages myslef but also teaching them and sharing my knowledge. Hence, I took my English teacher certification (TEFL) and here I am, waiting for you to help you being able to communicate with the most people as possible, in more parts of the world!

I am a dual citizen (Russia-USA) native speaker currently studying International Studies at Leiden University. I have past experience tutoring Russian students who want to learn English in Russia. My lessons can either supplement university courses, or work as an individual program.

Beginners shall be taught basic Spanish, such as verbs, tenses, vocabulary in order to achieve a basic level in order to travel to Spanish speaking countries.
Intermediate students will be able to improve their written skills as well as vocabulary and pronunciation
Advanced students can practice their Spanish skills through either written or spoken language

In primary school, arithmetic was my favorite subject, and in grammar school, mathematics was my favorite subject, and these subjects came easily to me. I enjoyed helping classmates who struggled with the material. This interest eventually led me to the Bachelor's in Econometrics & Operations Research, a highly mathematical university program that I successfully completed. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Econometrics.
Due to my strong foundation in mathematics, I have also developed a strong affinity for the exact sciences of physics and chemistry.

In addition, languages have always interested me. I speak Dutch, English, and Spanish, and I studied French, German, and Latin in high school.
