An “art journal” is an Anglo-Saxon term which designates a notebook in which you express yourself creatively with the tools of your choice (color, words, drawings, scribbles, collages, etc.). It's a kind of art therapy workshop. Keeping an art journal has many virtues. To name just a few, art journaling allows you to express yourself other than with words, develop your creativity, take time for yourself, listen to your intuition, discover and test new ideas. creative materials (felt pens, pastels, paints, inks...), enjoy the present moment by concentrating on the action of filling out a page... This is a powerful tool that can bring us a lot of daily well-being, this is the reason why I offer art therapy workshops. There is no need to be gifted in art, drawing, or painting to participate in my art therapy workshops, you just have to let the unconscious express itself through this tool.
