About Me

Hi Bollywood and dance lovers!
I have experience choreographing for weddings and functions and teaching students of most age groups. I am a dance learner myself (for life !) and attends dance workshops regularly. Body awareness and fitness is what i preach.
I am a Bollywood dancer who learns and draws inspiration from several dance forms in addition to teaching Bollywood. For me dancing is self love and a self esteem booster. I am a keen observer of musicality and expressions and strives to smoothly incorporate it in dance. Back in India I have participated in dance battles and won many spot dance competitions.
I am confident that attending my dance classes will help you bring close to your gracious-fun self

My name is Lucy and I'm a certificated 300 TTC Yoga teacher.
Yoga appeared in my life 6 years ago and from that time my life is constantly changing for better and better.
2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore.
I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program.
After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari.
From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor.

Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey.
As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga.

I always try to get an individual approach to each student considering his needs and level of advancement.

I offer professional ballet lessons of the Waganova technique for children to adults in an online class (individually or in a group) or at home on request.
My name is Laura and I have completed a 9 year ballet training and a bachelor's degree in stage dance. I'm currently doing my master's degree in dance pedagogy in Dresden.
I have been teaching ballet for children from 3 years old to adults for 6 years.
I make the children's dance very playful, but also with a certain technique. I also start dance choreographies at an early age so that the children learn a sense of coordination right away.
Upon request, I also prepare children for exams at elite ballet schools so that they can realize their dream of being a dancer.
For teenagers and adults, I arrange the classes with a preparation on the floor, which consists of a stretching and workout for a better and easier training on the barre and in the middle. The main focus for me is on the correct execution of the exercises, as doing them incorrectly can affect your health.
Having practiced at the top for years, I also offer professional top dance.
At the moment I mainly teach online, but also at home if you wish.
The great thing about online classes is that you can practice them from anywhere.

Movement can be funny, so can you or not. You chose or not. Being funny can be learned as being expressive.

I have studied Lecoq Technique(Pantomime, Tragedy, Drama, Mask Theater, Clown) and Decroux (Mime Corporel). These are physical theater approaches. I am passionate about moving the body in space and the effect it brings. Finding the humor in the physicality and rhythm delightens my everyday life and I am happy to share the fun.
