Piano is an incredible instrument to learn - it provides you with a broad understanding of music, develops listening skills, and great dexterity, increases concentration, and much more.
I specialize in jazz piano but teach all musical styles according to the student's needs and wishes. Throughout the lesson we will learn music and songs, technique, harmony, ear training, theory, and rhythm - all subjects of music can be addressed through the piano!

I am an experienced and enthusiastic guitar tutor from Leeds, England, living in Berlin. I have a bachelor’s degree in jazz guitar from Leeds College of Music although I also play and teach rock, pop, funk, folk, and indie music.

In lessons, I aim to get students to play something they know as soon as possible in order to get excited about progress early on. We balance this with paying attention to proper technique and having one eye on the theory behind what we are playing to broaden your understanding of how music works.

I am actively engaged in playing within the music scene and have a real excitement for all types of music, whether it’s learning your first chords on guitar or working on improvisation or music theory. We'll go at the right pace for you and achieve your goals together.

I have experience teaching all ages and abilities of students, having taught in primary and secondary schools as well as private tuition for adults. From complete beginners to preparing a student for their college auditions.

Lessons are tailored to suit the needs of the student, in order to have lessons that push you to learn to the best of your ability whilst still being fun and musical.

My method is based on each student in particular. It doesn't matter what your level is, I enjoy teaching people who have a commitment to music and art. Classes take place either in my studio in Kreuzberg, equipped with 2 CDJs, 2 vinyl decks, workstation, synths, drum machines and controllers or online with screen sharing with dynamic practice, TPs and follow up.
They are a mix of theory and practice, and we also cover the values and precepts of this art form, giving you lots of pro tips and tricks, as well as creative goodies (VSTs, effects, personal racks)

I am a professional DJ / Electronic music producer with 20 years of experience. Over the time of my career, I have toured across 16 countries and performed thousands of gigs. Highlights include multiple appearances at one of the world’s largest parades - Rave The Planet in front of over 500,000 people, performances at Burning Man in the United States, the Amsterdam Dance Event, and winning the DJ contest at the Pete Tong DJ Academy. I have taught students of all ages and have extensive experience performing in a wide range of international settings—from bars and clubs to weddings, corporate events, festivals, and large-scale parades.

I can teach you how to learn about different music genres, build and organize your music library, use DJ software such as Rekordbox, Traktor, Serato, and Mixed In Key, master CDJs beatmatching & mixer EQing techniques.
