English tutoring for all levels and all purposes :)

I am a 25-year-old Australian law student who has come to live in Berlin for a year. I would like to help anyone who wants to learn English (at any level) achieve their goals. I have been learning languages (French and German) since I was 12, so I know what it is like to learn a new language and the effort that is required. I have also learned in this time that everyone learns differently, and so I will take a flexible approach to tutor English so that you, the student, can get the most out of your time.
As a law student, I have a lot of exposure to "proper" English, as I have to read around 300 pages of very high-level English every week and analyse the meaning behind the text. I am also expected to write all of my essays in this style.
I am happy to teach English that is more directed towards study or work, but I am just as happy to teach everyday conversational English as well so that you can sound more like a native speaker (I can even throw in some Aussie slang if you'd like!).
I look forward to hearing from you,
Cheers,
Sam

About Me
This year I am taking a break from my studies to live in Berlin. My goal behind this was to take a break after six years of study and also to improve my German skills after having started to learn German almost two years ago. After this year I will return to Melbourne to finish my study before coming back to Berlin to study a Masters in German law that will allow me to work here as a lawyer.
I am keen to tutor English because over the last 5 years, in particular, I have really learned the value of being able to speak another language. Five years ago when I was travelling through Europe I felt a bit silly not being able to talk to many people in any of the countries that I went to. It was this that motivated me to start my Diploma in Languages after my holiday so that I could start seriously learning French. Having done that, I was then able to do a semester of exchange in Paris (at Sciences Po) and take all of my classes in French, and it felt great being able to achieve this. Now that I have learned some German and spent time living in Berlin, I am able to enjoy life here much more because I can speak to the locals, read German news, and feel as though I am a part of the city rather than just a visitor.
I think that learning English would be a fantastic skill for any non-native speaker to have. So much online content is in English, and when two people can't speak the same language, it is usually English that they turn to. Learning a new language opens doors to new parts of the world and new people, and I think that this is particularly so with English.
My hobbies include sport, reading, and music, and I would be happy to chat about any of these things and work them into any lessons. I believe that I am a very relaxed person and very easy to get along with, but I am also highly organised and value structure when it comes to learning.
I hope to hear from you soon!
Cheers,
Sam

Experience / Qualifications
Whilst I have never had a proper tutoring position, I have been learning languages for a long time and so I know what works well and what doesn't work so well (but I also know that this changes for everyone). I have also had experience coaching sports teams and so have had to prepare training sessions and work with and lead a team.
