*I have experienced that learning through NEWSPAPER NEWS, AUDIOS and VIDEOS can be fun and enjoyable, so depending on the level this could be a good and non-painful way to improve your language skills: summarizing the content, discussing it, using different ways of giving your opinion etc. Not only Spanish accent from Spain will be used in order to make you become familiar with ALL KIND OF ACCENTS.

* In case the level is not so high we will start with the most basic elements of the Spanish language, and we will integrate the content with GAMES and SONGS, in order to make you enjoy the learning path.

About Me

I am a Spanish native speaker from Barcelona currently living in Suzhou. Before coming to Suzhou, I stayed for 2 years in Beijing where I studied Chinese in 北京师范大学. I have a Law Degree and Master, a Translation and Interpreting Degree and Master, and fluent level of Spanish, Catalan, English and French. I can also speak some Chinese (I passed the HSK 4 three years ago and now I am preparing for the HSK 5), so I could communicate with students in Chinese, English, French or Catalan in case they do not understand the meaning in Spanish of some words or expressions.
Back in Spain I worked for many years as a teacher and as a Labour lawyer.
Due to COVID-19 these months I can just teach online.

Experience / Qualifications

I have worked for many years as a teacher, both in schools and teaching privately. I have also worked as a monitor in York (England). I have experience with young children (from 3 years) and with adults. In the offices where I have worked as a lawyer, I have also been in charge of teaching English to the other lawyers in the office.
Since I am in China, I have been teaching Spanish to kids and to adults, even at the "Instituto Cervantes" in Beijing. Right now I am teaching Spanish in a private school in Suzhou (China).
