I’m Ammiel, and I'm really excited to be here as an English as a Foreign Language teacher. I am from the city of London in the UK, but now, I live in Georgia (the country)!
I am an English as Foreign Language Teacher at a language academy, and I am also a marketing optimisation specialist. I have a track record of creating and delivering training programs for businesses, so I am very experienced in supporting people to achieve their professional goals and acquire new skills.
I enjoy travelling and exploring new towns around Georgia and other countries! I develop apps and products in my spare time. I love learning about different cultures around the world.
I teach students preparing for academic university scholarships, and adult professionals seeking to improve their business English at an English language academy in Georgia. I have created and delivered sales communication training, and report dictation training to staff in customer service and real estate industries. I have also presented over 150 sales and business skills presentations to groups of 50-100 people. So I know what it means to be in scenarios where effective communication is essential!
As a language learner myself (I am studying Georgian!), I understand the challenges of learning a new language, and therefore keep lessons structured and motivating.
My role as your teacher is to acknowledge the feeling of anxiety, but to support you, guide you and encourage you to progress. We will have highs and lows; both are signs you are progressing well!
With me, you’ll learn to appear confident, sound clear, express yourself engagingly, speak fluently, be more persuasive, communicate effectively in business settings, give presentations so people listen, and communicate in social settings.
My learner-centered approach adapts to your individual goals and preferences. I provide a relaxed environment where you can ask questions and make mistakes while developing confidence and fluency. Each lesson will be a feedback-filled, supportive space where complex ideas are made simple, memorable, and actionable.
Whether you are a complete beginner or have some ability to speak English from A1-C2, I have the tools, resources, and insights to help you grow and keep it interesting!

- I tutor private online and offline, mostly with business and work professionals including corporate lawyers, medical doctors, professors, industrial engineers, and management professionals. (All backgrounds and professions are welcome).
