About Me

I have a deep passion for helping students rebuild a healthy relationship with the water. I have been a swimmer since the age of 3, having competed in my high school team in Dubai as well as gaining an advanced freediving certification.
Aside from tutoring, I have a major passion for travel, language learning, photography. I am currently enrolled at the UNIL, studying geology.

Third-year student university student, doing a Bsc in Applied Earth Sciences at the TU Delft, Netherlands

12 years of schooling in Dubai, A levels and IGCSE certification acquired
Currently enrolled to do a minor abroad in Barcelona, at UPC

Experience / Qualifications

5 years of tutoring experience on Apprentus, as well as 2 years of private geology tutoring university students. Obtained 7A*, 1 A in my IGCSE and 3A* in A levels (Physics, Maths, Chemistry). 2 SSI certifications in advanced freediving (25m maximum depth), and competing in the Lausanne-Evian 14km swim.

I offer private swimming lessons for beginners from an early age but also for older children.

I gave swimming lessons for 3 years in a club. I took care of several groups of children aged 3 to 10 years old.
I am certified BLS-AED and POOL +, my experience has allowed children to progress within the club and climb the different levels of swimming. In addition, I am very patient and I like to integrate the game to put the children in confidence while making them progress.

I myself have been swimming since I was young and practiced synchronized swimming for a few years.

I am available during the summer and winter and classes are either at home (if you have a pool or indoor or outdoor pool depending on temperature).

Prices quoted include entrance fee to the pool.

Private lessons. Film, demonstration, drills. We will work together, and, depending on your goals, find a plan that works for you. Whether you seek to simply feel better in the water, or you'd like to improve your flip-turns, I can help with all of it.
I teach speed and efficiency in the water.
I am a former sprinter, with specialties in the 50, 100, 200 breast, free, fly events, as well as the IM events. I coach to a sprinter's mentality, or for someone who just wants to get faster than their friends. For serious swimmers, we can develop a training plan together.

I hold a bachelor's and master's diplomas in sports. I started swimming at the age of 8 and 22 years of swimming experience will help you to learn swimming in a fun and easy way and be proud of you :)
