About Me
Born into a family of teachers, his father an astrophysicist and his mother a biologist, he decided to
start his engineering studies in 1994. It was not until 2000 that he realized that this field
was not for him and he began working as an assistant and later a lighting designer for Jaume de Laiguana in fashion and advertising photography.
Later, he opened the Dobleset studio in Barcelona with his partner Oscar Martínez, where
he specialized in packaging and product photography. Jewelry and food are his
daily work.
From 2009 onwards, he closed the shared studio and focused his work on gastronomic photography.
He worked for several renowned chefs and restaurants, among which
several starred chefs stand out.
Among these clients, the Lasarte restaurant, the Espai
Sucre Pastry School or food manufacturers such as Sosa Ingredients or Valrhona stand out.
Over the years, he has published the following books with these chefs:
