I am a graduate of Monash University, with a wealth of knowledge in areas such as biotechnology, microbiology, genetics, and biology. I am currently based in Bangkok and I aspire to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for science with students to help them comprehend that science is not such a difficult concept!

Teaching methodology
I like to help students understand the concept in a way that is most applicable to them by showing real-life examples (youtube and annotated examples), coupled with a good understanding of the theory behind the concept (making short notes and reading through the lesson) and finally recall and apply all the concepts by practising revision questions (past year questions, Kahoot quizzes).

About Me
Hello! I am a Kindergarten teacher at an international British curriculum school in Bangkok with previous teaching experience too. I graduated from Monash University and attended an International school therefore I am able to speak, read, and write English natively. I am keen on helping students build a good foundation in English to help them with their vocabulary, communication, reading and writing skills. I am a loving and friendly natured person, and enjoy working with younger children. I also have exceptional experience in teaching Science for both primary and higher levels due to my background in science for both my bachelors and masters. My location is Pathum Wan, Bangkok. I focus on phonics using alphabet tracing and flashcards, conversational English by doing reading and comprehension, and writing practice. I use a lot of pictures and books that spark children's interest and is fit for their development. For science I focus on engaging lessons, with worked examples and explanations, and end of chapter questions to ensure kids have a full grasp of the lesson.

When you choose to study English as a second language you will expect to emerge from your study being able to read, speak and write English with a certain amount of confidence and ability. There are many different methods and approaches to teaching English as a second language, and your experience of an ESL class may be quite different to your expectations of how you learn the language. Of course, there are also some constants that every ESL class offers. Here are some ways you can prepare yourself for your first ESL class.

By having your teacher pay close attention to your development you will see an increase in your English abilities in a very short amount of time. You should expect to read and write English effectively and fluently. You should see great improvement in your skills during your ESL study experience. The course you choose to study should expand your vocabulary, expression, and pronunciation beyond the classroom.Students studying English as a second language will become more and more confident speaking the language as the course progresses. You should be able to see how the English course has been structured to improve and expand you skills in a logical way. Regular classes, practice sessions, tests, cultural immersion activities other methods of learning are designed to help you and to assist your teachers to understand how you are progressing with your ESL classes.
