I'm a patient and successful student at collège Saint Michel who would like to help others in fields where they miss some ability and practice. Math and Science are my strengths, I like the understanding of the world, in the field of the physics and maths, and so would I like to transfer this knowledge to those who struggle with the logic behind it. I think that a qualitative approach to those branches in an early age would ease the future understanding. I seek for the logical reasoning behind everything and the deep understanding so that it can be transferred to children that do not find that logic.

To achieve good results in math, it is absolutely necessary to learn a number of systematic methods. It is impossible to progress without knowing them. This is why the sessions will focus first on learning to learn and understanding the theorems of the course, being responsive and effective in the exercises using fundamental basic techniques.

Mathematics is a passion for me. My objective is therefore to make them more digestible and to convey my interest in this subject. Mathematics is not as complicated as it seems. The whole point is to approach them from another angle, starting with mastering the essential points of the course before training with more or less abstract exercises. I did two years of preparatory classes in Paris and prepared for a selective competition to enter an engineering school. I have already had advanced courses in mathematics and have given lessons to college students. I know, therefore, I know how to put myself in the shoes of students in difficulty.

Understanding and knowing how to speak Dutch and English is a major asset in Belgium. I am bilingual French-Dutch and I would like to be able to help other people progress. I adapt to the level of my student. I can give private lessons or academic support lessons. I am also currently continuing my studies in English. If you want to deepen your historical knowledge, I would be happy to help you. I studied History for 3 years and it remains a great passion.

As a civil engineering student, I gained an in-depth understanding of mathematical and scientific concepts through my training. This allows me to get to the bottom of things and clearly address the different points of a subject. My studies allowed me to develop rigor and perseverance. These are the values that I try to transmit to my students. Three years of experience in private and group lessons allowed me to develop solid teaching skills and to better respond to my students' shortcomings. I helped several students pass entrance tests such as the Polytech exam and the medical competition. I offer private and group lessons. They are divided into two parts. The first is a more theoretical explanation, supported by visual support. During the second part, the student solves exercises accompanied by my explanations. I make it a point of honor to provide parents with feedback on the points of the material to be reworked.

Who the courses are for: anyone who wants to learn English from scratch or who wants to improve their level of English (up to B2). I am also happy to teach children. The location: I would like the location not to be too far from the city, preferably in a library or a quiet place. I can also teach at home, but this will have to be discussed with my roommates. Availability: I do not yet know the final hours of my internship, but in principle I will not be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. From then on, I am available, especially on weekends. The method: At the beginning, it is a good idea to do a test according to the level you want to achieve in order to determine which are the most important aspects to improve. Then the lessons will be organized according to the student's personal or professional interests, because I think it is more effective and more fun to learn a language when you combine learning with something you love. I will use my creativity to promote smooth and engaging learning.
