Passionate & empathetic teacher. I have a Master's in Physics with honors from the University of Leicester (which was featured at the time as a top 5 Physics university in the UK by The Guardian) and a - french - European School diploma in which I achieved 90% in Physics and 85% in Maths.

Helping others understand difficult topics and skills is something that I am very passionate about as an empathetic person. I have 6 years of experience teaching Physics and Maths to kids from unprivileged backgrounds both in a homework schools as well as via private teaching. In private teaching, I have experience tutoring people with learning disabilities (ADHD, Dyslexia, Discalculia and more), younger kids of ages 7-12 and older students preparing for their final baccalaureate exams in advanced maths/physics curriculums.

In my classes, I aim to:

- help students achieve better grades in exams/tests in all branches of Physics & Maths
- clearly explain and break down topics
- give context and or example applications of topics (to improve understanding and memorization)
- help with ADHD & other learning disabilities
- give practical advice for university applications (eg. UCAS in the UK) and discuss the exciting Physics research/work and projects you can work on later in life.

Physics has a plethora of useful and fascinating applications, from the detection of Gravitational Waves and Gamma-Ray Bursts to the development of novel Medical Imaging techniques and Nano-technology (eg: smartphones). It is a subject that I am very passionate about and I hope to make use of my years of experience and extensive knowledge to help you understand and love the subject! My lessons will always be tailored to the individual needs of the student, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions!

Struggling with math, physics, or chemistry? You're not alone — these subjects are hard, and classroom explanations are rarely enough.
I offer personalized tutoring for middle school, high school, and early university students following the French Mission curriculum, the Moroccan national curriculum, or the international baccalaureate.
Topics covered:

Mathematics: algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, probability
Physics: mechanics, electricity, optics, thermodynamics
Chemistry: organic, inorganic, stoichiometry, reactions

My approach:
I don't re-explain the textbook — I identify exactly where your understanding breaks down and fix it from there. Each session is built around your specific difficulties, not a preset program.
I completed CPGE (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles) in Mathematics and Physics before graduating as a State Engineer — I know these subjects at an advanced level and I know where students typically get lost.
Individual and small group sessions available. Online (worldwide) in French, Arabic, or English.

As a teaching professional, I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge. My goal is to provide quality education. I am aware that some topics may seem complex, but often this is simply the result of an inadequate explanation by the teacher. With me, you will discover a real interest in the material!

We strive together to achieve academic excellence, overcoming the shortcomings and difficulties encountered by your child. Studies will become a pleasant experience for him. In addition to the courses, I can also help with school orientation, identifying their preferences and highlighting the advantages and benefits of a fulfilling educational ambition.

The sessions generally take place according to the following stages:

1️⃣ The first sessions are devoted to the assessment of the student's level in order to detect existing gaps.

2️⃣ Next, we create a personalized plan to address these gaps, including the number of hours of work needed, specific areas to focus on, and appropriate training and development exercises.

3️⃣ We stay in constant contact with the student's class teacher, to keep up to date with the latest requirements and ensure a consistent approach.

4️⃣ Subsequently, I provide exams similar to those that are likely to be asked in class, to prepare the student effectively.

5️⃣ Upon request, I write a regular report, usually monthly, to keep parents informed of their child's progress throughout their course.

I adapt my methodology according to the specific needs of each student, thus offering them a personalized and adapted work approach.

In addition, I offer crash courses for students preparing for the start of the school year, allowing them to start the year well prepared, with a solid lead on the school curriculum.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I will be happy to help you.

My teaching approach is focused on making learning enjoyable and engaging. I incorporate interactive activities and hands-on experiments to bring Science and Maths concepts to life. By involving students in these dynamic learning experiences, I aim to transform abstract concepts into tangible understanding. Each session is thoughtfully designed to keep students interested and motivated, minimizing fatigue and maximizing retention.

I believe in simplifying complex topics, breaking them down into easy-to-understand segments. This approach helps students grasp and retain challenging concepts with ease. Techniques such as mnemonic devices, visual aids, and real-life examples are integral to my method, ensuring that formulas and concepts are not just memorized, but truly understood.

Regular assessments are conducted to track student progress and identify areas needing improvement. These tests also prepare students for their school exams, ultimately boosting their confidence. I understand the importance of keeping parents informed and involved in their child’s academic journey. That's why I provide weekly reports detailing their child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. This continuous feedback loop ensures that parents are aware of their child’s development and can support their learning at home.

Encouraging words and positive feedback are integral to my teaching method. I strive to build students' self-confidence and to instill a love for learning through positive reinforcement. Setting achievable goals for each student, I celebrate their successes and motivate them to strive for excellence. I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and currently work as a post-doctoral researcher in the Aerospace Engineering Faculty at TU Delft (Delft University of Technology).
Key topics that I teach for this course include:
• Calculus: Differentiation & integration, Multivariable calculus
• Linear Algebra: Matrices, vectors, systems of equations, Eigenvalues and eigenvectors
• Differential Equations: First- and second-order ODEs, Laplace transforms
• Complex Numbers: Polar form, Euler’s formula
• Vector Calculus: Gradient, divergence, curl, Line and surface integrals
• Series & Transforms: Taylor series, Fourier series

I understand that not all teachers excel in teaching Engineering and Mathematics courses and explaining their importance to students. Courses with strong mathematical backgrounds may become boring for students who lack a solid mathematical basis. To address this, I take a student-centered approach, starting from the basics to actively engage all students, including those with weaker mathematical backgrounds. I also provide practical examples to demonstrate the real-world significance of what they are learning, inspiring and fostering their interest in the subject matter.

If you have any additional questions before starting a class, please feel free to ask me. I am here to assist! :)

Swiss-Focused Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry Tutoring – Passerelle, BMS, Berufsmaturität, Matura, Fachmaturität, QV & Adult Education

This class is designed for students and adult learners in Switzerland who want serious, structured and exam-focused support in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The main focus is preparation for Passerelle, BMS, Berufsmaturität, Matura, Fachmaturität and QV/final apprenticeship exams, as well as support for learners in adult education who are returning to study, changing career direction or preparing for a new academic path.

What makes my tutoring different is the strong connection to the Swiss education system. I completed my master’s degree at a University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and have many years of experience teaching students in Switzerland. This means my lessons are not generic international tutoring. They are built around Swiss school expectations, Swiss exam styles, Swiss curricula and the specific challenges faced by learners in Switzerland.

➜ Special focus on Passerelle preparation
The Passerelle is one of the most demanding Swiss pathways because it requires strong discipline, independent thinking and solid exam technique. I help students prepare systematically in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry by working through the required theory, typical task types, old exams and exam-style practice.

➜ BMS and Berufsmaturität support
For BMS and Berufsmaturität students, I provide structured help in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, depending on the programme and exam requirements. We focus on building strong foundations, closing gaps and applying methods correctly in exam situations.

➜ Matura and Fachmaturität preparation
I support students preparing for Matura and Fachmaturität exams with clear explanations, relevant exercises and a structured learning plan. The lessons help students understand difficult topics, organize their knowledge and gain confidence before important assessments.

➜ QV / final apprenticeship exam preparation
Many vocational students need Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry for their QV/final apprenticeship exams, especially in technical, scientific, laboratory, healthcare or engineering-related fields. I help students connect theory with practical calculations and exam-style tasks.

➜ Adult education and returning learners
I also work with adult learners who are returning to education after a break, preparing for Passerelle, Berufsmaturität, Fachmaturität, QV or further studies. Adult learners often need a clear, respectful and efficient teaching style. I explain from the foundation upward, without judgment, and help rebuild confidence step by step.

➜ Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry taught with equal seriousness
The focus is not only Mathematics. Physics and Chemistry are also important, especially for Passerelle, Matura, Fachmaturität, technical BMS directions, QV exams and later studies. I explain formulas, concepts and calculations clearly so students understand the logic behind the subject.

➜ Old exams and Swiss-style practice
Where suitable, I use old exams, typical Swiss exam questions and realistic practice material. Students learn how questions are asked, how to recognize the correct method, how to structure their solutions and how to avoid common mistakes.

➜ Clear step-by-step method
Every task is approached with a simple structure: What is given? What is required? Which formula, law or method is suitable? Why does it apply? Then we solve the task step by step with all formulas, calculations and explanations.

➜ Why choose a Swiss-focused tutor?
Many tutors may know Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry, but Swiss exams often have their own wording, structure and expectations. Because I studied in Switzerland and have taught Swiss students for years, I can prepare learners in a much more targeted and relevant way.

➜ For serious students who want real progress
This class is ideal for students and adult learners who want to pass an important exam, improve their grades, close knowledge gaps, prepare for further studies or gain more confidence in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

➜ Success-oriented preparation
My goal is to help students build real understanding, not just short-term memorization. With clear explanations, structured practice, old exam material and consistent preparation, students can develop the confidence and exam technique needed to perform at their best.
