My method of teaching starts with analyzing the difficulties for the student. Then we will work on this in a focused way. I will first explain more and then we will practice together. It is important that you practice well outside of the lessons.

I studied computer science (and mathematics) at Radboud University. I finished mathematics at the gymnasium with an 8. So I can give you tutoring at any level. This Chinese saying is typical of my tutoring; I like to teach you how to fish and I won't just give you a fish. The fish is the correct answer to a question. In my tutoring we mainly focus on the skills you need to catch the fish. My goal is that you can continue without tutoring as quickly as possible!

For example, I teach you step-by-step plans for tackling a calculation or explanation question. I also teach you to use unit analysis, so that you can solve any (new) type of sum. I will also give you tips on how to work as efficiently as possible, so that you learn more in less time.

Of course we can also discuss difficult theory again. I use analogies and visual aids as much as possible. When you are preparing for your exam, we also work with exam assignments as much as possible.
