Hello, my name is Christina, I am German and have been living in Athens for 1.5 years.

I am a lawyer and worked as a lecturer at the university in Berlin.
I offer private lessons in German.

Both for students in the form of lessons in all classes, for people who want to learn German from beginners to advanced, as well as for pure communication courses.

I also offer exam preparation, interviews in German and, due to my academic education, vocabulary and courses.

I am patient and try to convey the language skills in a playful and very practical way.

I deliver courses in IB Mathematics (International Baccalaureate) - All Levels

I specialize in tutoring IB Mathematics (all classes) and preparing the students for these exams!

I provide them with extra exercises and past papers in order to be fully prepared!

I believe in the interaction and the creativity during the lesson, in order to transmit my love for the subject to the student!

Mini background:
I have studied applied mathematics at the National Technical University of Athens, with specification in my Master degree in Statistics and Informatics.

I am a French teacher with over fifteen years of experience teaching professional adults. I have helped many of them improve their French language skills. I have developed an approach based on the student's creativity that strengthens their communication skills without requiring too much effort. I ensure that my classes are enjoyable, interesting, and inclusive. I enjoy listening to my students and adapting to what they need to learn. I pay particular attention to motivating and supporting my students.
I also do online courses.

Speaking English can feel daunting, but with the right support it becomes enjoyable and achievable.

I’m a native English speaker with a BA in History from Loughborough University (UK, top 7) and experience working in translation, embassies, and international organisations.

We’ll customise our approach to match your goals, whether that’s conversation, exams, or professional English. We can meet online or in person (Athens), and I’ll support you with clear, practical lessons.

Remember: consistency is the key to progress and I’ll be here to guide you on your learning journey!
