I am a Mexican musician living in the Parisian suburbs. I have more than 20 years as a guitarist and more than 10 years as a guitar teacher in Mexico. My specialty is Latin music and Latin American folklore; however, other genres can be practiced mainly on the acoustic guitar or the ukulele. I try to combine theory with practice so that I can start making music and enjoy the instrument from the start. Music has taken me to play in Mexico, United States, Costa Rica, France, Poland, Spain, Portugal and Germany. I can teach in Spanish, English or French.

Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...).
