I am a yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance and specialized in Hatha. I love this discipline and being able to share it with other people and adapt it to their needs and objectives. I believe that yoga has numerous tools that can help us improve our lives on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). Each body is a world and each of us are at different points in our lives, that is why I try to adapt my classes to the needs of the students at all times, whether they are in groups or individually. My hope is to help my students achieve their goals and leave classes feeling better than when they arrived. Classes are usually 1 hour, although they can also be 1 hour and a half. I start and end my sessions with a few minutes of relaxation. The rest of the session is dedicated to warm-up exercises and preparation for the asanas, in the same asanas and breathing exercises on some occasions.

With more than five years of experience as a music teacher for children and adults, you can learn with me from reading sheet music, musical initiation, as well as delving deeper into an instrument such as violin, oboe, piano and taking your knowledge to the next level.

I am a highly motivated engineering student at UPM. My teaching approach is based on adaptability and personalization of lesson plans where theory is combined with practical examples. The classes are adapted to the curricular content corresponding to the school year. Since last year the curriculum is mainly oriented towards competencies, so the classes will focus on this aspect of teaching. As a methodology I use teaching-learning strategies in which I give priority to the understanding of the content, for which schemes, summaries, mental maps are used and the use of ICT (information and communication technologies) is generalized.

I have a degree in teaching (Mention in English) and I am willing to teach Basque, mathematics, Spanish, social sciences, environmental sciences, English, music... to students who are in primary school. My work would not be based only on doing the exercises and work that the student takes home. I believe that for the correct development of the student it is essential to understand the why of things and not just limit yourself to doing the exercises. I also like to focus on teaching and transmitting to the student the importance of acquiring good habits and values that will be of great help for both their academic and personal development. In addition, I have studied music for several years and I consider that I can be of great help in this matter.

I am a 21 year old university student from LSE in London completing a year abroad in Madrid at IE and I wish to use my native English to help teach young people English, providing them with practise and basic skills for learning English. I wish to teach students in a more immersive way by reading to them in English and using visual aids and activities so students feel engaged and have fun while learning. Welcome to the wonderful musical universe that I have created in an infinite story hoping that it will be to your liking so that you can share it in your schools, homes, libraries and birthdays. Classes will be held with a minimum of 3 children and a maximum of 20 children. Di on The Moon is a space created for boys and girls who want to share and increase creativity, attention and fun through art, music and improvisational theater. The axis of the project is a story where many artists who are no longer around live, such as David Bowie, Nina Simone, Paco de Lucía, among many more who have left a musical treasure that wants to survive time and continue to be part of the soundtracks of the new generations. HOW DO WE DO IT? - We open our ears and refine our mouth to listen and practice English, speaking and singing while being aware of breathing so that our body and brain prepare for melomania. - We choose an artist before the workshop for a good preparation and to ensure fun. (Suggestions are received from mothers, fathers, cousins, aunts, etc.) - We hear a bit about the artist's story to get to know the character. - We learn a song and listen to it while making art with recycled materials. Individual works and others will be carried out in groups to learn to create as a team respecting, contributing and collaborating in the development of the artistic ideas that arise. - We dress up and play to represent a story invented by all where our artist is the protagonist. At the same time that we play with the characters, we strengthen oral and corporal expression by adopting and exercising that fabulous muscle of improvisation. AND WHO AM I?
