About Me
I am an experience consultant and researcher in business and management, innovation, strategy, employment relations and corporate sustainability. I have been a co-author of many research publications. Also, I have led international research and development projects.
Over the last ten years, I have been a senior lecturer and professor of applied sciences at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. Since September 2021, I am an emeritus but still interested in doing research and tutoring students, helping them to learn and excel.

Education
I have a bachelor and master degree in economics and business studies (1974). Later on, I earned a PhD in economics (labour studies). All degrees were obtained from VU University at Amsterdam (NL).
Experience / Qualifications
I have ample experience as a researcher, consultant, writer, project manager, lecturer and supervisor. Main fields are sector studies, technology and innovation, strategy, human resources management and (last but not least) corporate sustainability. As a project manager, I ran projects focusing on helping small farmers in Africa and Central America improve their processes and market positions.
